CERTIFICATIONS
The IAOP®'s Certified Outsourcing Specialist™ (COS) family of certifications have been developed collaboratively by IAOP®, BeyondCore and GTT with the goal to create a standardized candidate evaluation procedure for the outsourcing industry. The COS certification tests are based on advanced methodologies from the outsourcing industry and Fortune 500 companies along with student research from the Harvard Business School, Stanford University and the National University of Singapore. Under the BeyondCore powered COS platform, a suite of certifications namely COS-TP (Transaction Processing), COS-HR (Human Resources) and COS-F&A (Finance & Accounting) are currently available.
